Four Top Shows Kick Off New Year with FarPoint Media
January 2, 2007
Veteran Podcast producers Chuck Tomasi and Kreg Steppe, hosts of the extremely popular "TECHNORAMA", have joined the rapidly growing FarPoint Media family of Podcasts. TECHNORAMA is a weekly Podcast that spotlights recent tech and science news, interviews with respected industry leaders, and showcases original humor. Tomasi and Steppe boast a combined experience of over 40 years in computers and technology and also throw in special interviews with notable geeks on geek topics. Steppe explains, "We've talked to the manager of the National Railroad Museum, Adam Savage and Grant Imahara of Mythbusters, Steve Wozniak the co-founder of Apple Computer, Leo Laporte, and tons more. 2007 is shaping up to be another great year for interviews on TECHNORAMA."
FarPoint Media's Jeffrey Willerth is excited about the "TECHNORAMA" addition. "We're thrilled to have Chuck and Kreg join the FPM family. They are well respected in the Podcast community and have their fingers on the pulse of this emerging entertainment medium." Willerth adds, "Chuck is so confident that FPM is headed in the right direction to help take Podcasting to the next level, he agreed to bring three other shows from his ChuckChat.com into the fold."
GMAIL PODCAST is a critical resource for everyone who has ever tried using Google's email services. On the surface, Google's GMail seems simple to use, but lurking just beneath the surface is a cyber maze that host Chuck Tomasi unravels to reveal its powerful resources and features.
FREESTYLE is a loose insight into Tomasi's daily life, told in his own words and delivered in an entertaining manner that reflects many of our own personal experiences.
RADIO YESTERDAY is a brilliant series of wonderfully produced five minute mysteries reminiscent of broadcasts from the golden age of radio during the 1930's and 40's. Superb acting drives these dramatic presentations, replete with outstanding music and sound effects.
